You must contact us  within 24 hours upon receiving your order if something is wrong with the order (after 24 hours, we mayl not replace your order). We resserve the right to request video documentation. please monitor your temperatures. While we do ship with insulation and cold packs when needed. Your order does not need to exposed to extreme heat for long periods of time.

Store your dubia in a critter keeper or storage tote they do not climb. be sure to offer ventilation and plenty of toilet paper rolls, pieces of box or egg crate to climb on.  Offer fruits and veggies for food. Only offer enough for two days to prevent the growth of mold. Mold will kill your roaches quickly. For water offer water crystals and/or produce. Be sure to wash all produce.
